Perfect place for exploring Honolulu. Friendly staff & great pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the premier king room, as well as a laptop-size safe, a coffeemaker and a work desk.

The suite overlooked ocean. Great facility just a short stroll away from the beach. Chilled-out base for honeymoon, felt like home.

We liked location and views - just AWESOME. Shops and shopping centre were right next door. The venue was within a 20-minute walk from ala moana center.

Prompt room servicing. Would have preferred a room with a balcony, without it being floor 5, and would have preferred Ala Moana tower instead of Diamond Head tower. All in all, very nice accommodation!
Again, really like balconies in hotel rooms.

The location is excellent, on the edge of Waikiki Beach, very close to the Ala Moana Beach Park and the Ala Moana Shopping Mall. Very quiet location, lovely views of the Marina and beaches. I thought great value for the money.

Really spacious room. Breakfast was included in my booking. Really close to the biggest Shopping mall of Honolulu. Great for a stay before a cruise as it is not too far from the cruise terminal.

The staff was fantastic; from the bellman to the desk clerks. The viesw of the marina are great.
The rooms show some aging. The entertainment center is old and scuffed up.

It was a good location at acceptable price and for a couple of nights stay for me it was perfect.
I was on the 23-rd floor and I could hear a lot of airplane noise. The view from the hotel is magnificient but the rooms do not have balconies. The furniture is a bit dated.

The location was great, in front of the harbour and the sunsets are great from there. The staff are friendly.
In this day and age I think it is very archaic to have to pay to have wifi. We travel a lot and we do not pay for internet, after all this is 2012.

Wonderful for stopover on returning to Australia. Central. Courtesy bus ideal Courtesy shown to us when Wife suffered accident was terrific. Manager of day could not have been better, in his attitude and assistance. My wife was still slightly indisposed on flight home, but is now fully recovered. Medications given by 24 hour Doctor service were essential in her recovery.

There are many Japanese. Need better Japanese food at breakfast buffet.

Good access to the airport. On the marina. Price was reasonable for a two bedroom suite.
Our room was quite dilapidated. Wallpaper needs to be replaced, painting was sloppy, even the caulking in the bathroom was poorly done. The carpeting could be replaced. Clearly this hotel has seen better days. When I reported this to the front desk at checkout time, the response was simply a smiling acknowledgment that the place is run down.
